Rotation generates great dispersion force!!

It has a rotation to revolution ratio of 2 to 1. This is a unique feature of our “High Speed Rotor Line.”

Due to the ratio, mixers have high dispersion capability which makes it possible to shorten the dispersion process and improve the quality of deaeration.
We are conducting research on the dispersion mechanism with Niigata University. Some of the results are shown in the chart on the left. The chart shows the luminance of particles dispersing in water in the container, which was measured at different rotation to revolution ratios.
When the ratio was 2 to 1, luminance clearly increased with dispersibility increasing as well.

“High Speed Rotor Line” employs a quad-mixer system.

Generally, planetary centrifugal deareation mixers employ single or twin-mixer systems. However, all products of our High Speed Rotor Line can be equipped with 4 containers at the same time.
Because of our unique system, many customers start using our products instead of conventional ones for mass-production purposes.
Also, products with varying processing capacities are available. These products have been used for different purposes including research and development, multi-purpose and small quantity productions, small batch productions, among others.

The largest product of our “High Speed Rotor Line” has a maximum workload capacity of 80 liters, which is “the largest in the domestic market.”

The HR200, one of the largest products in Japan, can be loaded with four 20 L containers.
Products are available in various sizes from small ones for laboratory use to the largest one of 80 L for mass-production, and feature the same mechanisms and operating principle.
Our products can easily transition from use in research and development to use in mass-production due to our product’s highly consistent dispersion and deaeration capabilities.

We have developed a unique outer-ring system, which rotates and revolves the containers using a single motor. The system has simplified the structure of machine As a result, our products are environmentally friendly, producing very low levels of vibration and generate very little noise.
Moreover, the system enables it to run the product smoothly and consistently and without any problems.

Who are your main customers?

Our customers work in a variety of industries (the electronics industry, medical and pharmaceutical industries, automotive industries, heavy industry, the cosmetic industry, among others). Besides them, customers from other industries are also using our products.
Our products have performed extremely well in the dispersion and deaeration of powder and gelatinous materials other than paste and slurry. So if you have any problems with existing materials and new product development, please feel free to contact us.

What is the highest viscosity of material your mixers can disperse and deaerate?

Our products are capable of dispersing and deaerating materials at over 1000 Pa・sec (100,000 CP), which is the state of no fluidity. Our industry leading dispersion capability is a proud feature of our High Speed Rotor Line. Mitsuboshi Kogyo’s original mechanism has a rotation to revolution ratio of 2 to 1, enabling our products to perform at such high levels, though quantities and types of materials mixed can influence the product’s performance. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any problems regarding the dispersion and deaerating materials with high viscosity.

Do your mixers have cooling and heating systems?

Currently, heating system is not an available option.
Our dry ice cooling system is a unique feature of our “High Speed Rotor Line”. While a heating system is currently not available, we can customize the product given conditions allow us to do so.

What types of containers are compatible with your mixers?

To meet the standard specifications, we recommend you to use PE containers on the market or the heat resistant PP ones, which are Mituboshi Kogyo’s original product.
Also we can make customized containers, if you have any particular one in your mind.
The size variations of containers are limited, but you can use any containers such as syringe, cartridge, disposable or stainless steel ones because there are no restrictions on these materials.
We can talk about the containers you currently use if you have any question about their compatibility.
It is worth mentioning all products of our “High Speed Rotor Line” can be equipped with 4 containers. The more containers you can use at research and development, the more independent variables you can examine at the same time. Moreover, you can use 4 x 20 L containers when you would like to mass-produce. So you can work on 80 L of materials at maximum at once.
Also, you can smoothly apply the test results to mass-production because all the mixers of our “High Speed Rotor Line” have identical mechanisms and operating principle and are available in various sizes.

What kind of maintenance and inspections are needed?

With simple maintenance, you can keep our products running smoothly and efficiently for a long time. Depending on the frequency and conditions of using the product, however, you need to check the oil in the vacuum pump and inspect the rotation ring as well as grease up rotating parts regularly.
This type of maintenance work is rather easy to perform, so you can do them by yourself.
Also, all the sizes from our “High Speed Rotor Line” employ the outer ring system that is unique to Mitsuboshi Kogyo’s products.
This system has a simple structure, and enables our products to run with low vibration and noise. As a result, it experiences fewer problems.

Are product testing and rental services available?

Yes, they are.
We prepare all the products of our “High Speed Rotor Line” for testing in house. So you can always visit us, try them and then learn their features and dispersion force.
Also, all products are available for rent.
